Primin Môn Food Hall   Neuadd Fwyd Primin Môn
Menter Môn put together the partnership which enabled the construction of one of the largest projects ever undertaken by Anglesey Agricultural Society - the new Food Hall located on the Anglesey Showground at Gwalchmai.

Apart from the Food Hall at the Royal Welsh showground, this is the only hall devoted to food products in the whole of Wales. The objective of the project is to create the links between the agriculture and catering/hospitality sectors which are crucial to the establishment of a truly integrated food industry on Anglesey. Welsh Food Promotions has been heavily involved in the project from the outset.

The Hall is currently available for static exhibitions, but over the coming year the Hall's planned kitchens, which will provide resources for exhibitors to prepare food, will come onstream - these will bring the Hall to standards second to none in the UK.

A number of food-related events are planned over the coming months. These will include two major exhibitions, chefs' master classes aimed at the island's hospitality and catering sector, food-related management seminars, and workshops on developing market opportunities and new products.
