Food Production Regulation Courses   Cyrsiau Hylendid Bwyd
Anglesey is a widely recognised geographical area, and a major producer of agricultural produce.

Ynys Môn bears the potential to create end market for an array of speciality foods.

The lack of such diversity is attributable to a fear and ignorance of regulations relevant to bridging the gap between home made food products and the market place.

Objective

To provide a training programme directed at each market segment of the home cooking sector in order to provide the necessary information and skills of practice adaptation relevant to food production regulations.

There are training opportunities for up to 50 individuals.
