Penyrorsedd Farm is a charming18th century farmhouse on a 400 acre working farm. Where guests are assured of a warm and friendly welcome. You will be greeted by Mrs Joyce Roberts with a welcoming tray of home-made cakes and scones. Joyce and her husband Emlyn are the third generation of the family to live here
The coast on this side of Anglesey is quite unspoiled with many little coves and bays just awaiting discovery, miles of stunning coastal footpaths, bird watching,
fishing
and horse riding. Just two and a half miles down the road is Sandy Bay, a popular but unspoilt beach.
The excellent accommodation is fully centrally heated throughout and there are beverage facilities in all bedrooms.
The Victorian hall, with its beautifully tiled floor, leads you to the large comfortable lounge with a television for your own private use. Also downstairs is the dining room where breakfast is served.
Upstairs there is a double en suite, one double/twin bedroom with a separate private bathroom. All bedrooms have tea/coffee facilities. hairdryer and clock radio. Children are especially welcome and there is a travel cot and highchair provided.
Breakfast is served between 7.00 am and 9.00 am in the dining room. There is a choice of orange juice, grapefruit segments, cereal, fresh grapefruit and yoghurt for starters, and to follow a traditional cooked breakfast, using the finest local produce and their own free range eggs, along with toast, preserves, tea or coffee.
Pets not accepted.
Penyrorsedd Farm is a Welsh Tourist Board Member and has been given a 3 Star Rating. We are also a member of the Farm Holiday Bureau.

Directions : F ollow the A5 to Valley. Turn right at the traffic lights on to the A5025. On leaving the village of Llanfachraeth you will pass a church on your left and an old rectory. You will then come to a junction on your left with railings signposted Sandy Beach, Penrhyn, Llanfwrog. Take this junction. The farm is on the right hand side with a B&B sign outside. It is very convenient for Holyhead and the ferry crossing to Ireland. |
