This site is full of information on the Council and its activities, but goes far beyond that to include local voluntary groups, business information, and so on. Rather spartan in appearance, but a triumph of content over style. Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman www.ombudsman.org.uk The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman investigates complaints from those who believe they have suffered because of maladministration by government agencies, or who feel that they have unjustly been denied access to government information that should have been available to them. This site contains a guide to services offered by the Ombudsman, and an online form to complete if you wish to register a complain
